Once the product arrives we will ship the item to you via the shipping method chosen at the point of purchase. Returns: Here at XS Stock, we think returning items should be as easy as buying them. That's why we offer a no frills return policy for our eBay customers. 

If you've bought something from us and need a different size, simply send the item back to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we'll process an exchange as quickly as we can. If you would prefer a refund, we'll process this for you along with your original postage costs. Please note that unwanted goods are returned at your own cost and we won't reimburse any return postage charges.

All of our items are sold as brand new unless we state otherwise in the product listing, but on the very rare occasion you receive a faulty or damaged item please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. If we've accidentally sent you the wrong item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order.
