We refund and do not replace in the event of missing post, which we will do 10 working days after posting. * Large Parcels We send by overnight carrier and the consignment tracking number is uploaded to the buyer’s Ebay account. Please make sure there is somebody available to receive and sign for the consignment. The carrier will only attempt to deliver twice and if there is nobody there on both occasions the receiver will then have to collect from their local depot within 5 days.
