Returns Policy In the unlikely event there is a fault you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damaged goods.  This is simply so we can make a claim with our courier should the damage have been caused in transit.  Any other faults are covered for the course of the stated warranty period.  Should you be unhappy with any part or service we provide please contact us before leaving negative feedback or opening a case.  We'll respond quickly and you'll still have the option to do either if you're not happy with our resolution.  We comply with distance selling regulations so you are free to return unwanted goods for any reason within 14 days of delivery.  Goods must be returned at the buyers expense and we will refund the full cost of the part but not the shipping.  Items such as printers with free shipping will have our shipping cost removed from the refund, normally £10 + VAT.  Unwanted Refurbished or Used items must be returned unused and in the condition they arrived in.  New items must be returned unopened and unmarked so we can restock and resell.  Please do not write directly on new boxes or remove labels or stickers, we'll do that for you when it comes back in. In all cases you must contact us prior to returning a part so we can issue you with a return reference number and provide you with the return address. In the case of faulty items, if after testing the goods turn out to be in good working order or the fault is the result of customer misuse or mistreatment then the return is liable to be rejected.  We will always contact you first to resolve the issue in such instances though. All items have an RTB (Return to Base) warranty which means in all cases the buyer is responsible for returning the item to us.  If the goods are faulty we will credit you for the cost of the return shipping so please keep a receipt.  We'll be happy to answer any other queries you have regarding returns that may not be answered above.  We look at everything on a case by case basis so if something above does not seem appropriate to a particular part you've bought or are looking at we'll be happy to discuss it.

Delivery We ship the vast majority of orders on the day of purchase but for obvious reasons this will not always be possible dependent on the part and the time of purchase. Items shipped to Mainland UK addresses will be shipped via FedEx UK on a next day service (some remote locations might only be available on a 2 day service) . We can arrange pre 12 and pre 10 delivery on request at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange this if required. What does RTB mean? RTB stands for Return to Base.  Usually in relation to the warranty and means that the item will need to be return to FLP in the event of any failure.  It is very rare that we will send an engineer to site to fix any issues. Then you tell us how we can complement your repair loop and we tailor our solution to meet your needs through either just part supply, swap out units or repair facilities. How are you able to offer such good value? We have been supplying IT parts and services for 12 years and we use our vast experience to purchase quality parts in bulk for very good prices, we process them efficiently and we pass these savings on to you. We want long term business relationships, not short term gain. Do you deal Internationally? We currently deal with 15 countries all over the world, please contact us to discuss your needs. Where is your stock held? Our stock is held in our Middlewich office offering good access to the UK, especially for same day delivery. We also offer distribution solutions through authorised partners all over the UK. For our larger clients we also offer forward stock locations which can be based anywhere across Europe. What warranty do you offer? (A) The Seller will endeavour to ensure that the Buyer receives the benefit of any guarantee or warranty which may have been given to the Seller by a third party manufacturer. (B) The Buyer is responsible for instructing itself on the terms of such guarantee or warranty and ensuring that any conditions are fully complied with. (C) In cases where no guarantee or warranty is offered by the manufacturer or supplier, or any act of the Seller has invalidated such guarantee or warranty, if the Buyer shall notify the Seller in writing within 48 hours from the date of delivery that the Products supplied by the Seller were defective, the Seller will replace or repair at their discretion the Products proved to be defective. Defective means any defect in physical workmanship of the Product and specifically to the recording media in the case of software. However, such remedy is only available to the Buyer provided that the Products shall be brought back to the Seller's premises at the Buyer's expense. (D) The Buyer must ensure that the Products are serviced, maintained and used properly and in accordance with the Seller's recommendations (and any guarantee or warranty) and are not fitted or used with any parts, accessories or ancillary equipment other than those recommended by the Seller or stated by the Seller to be suitable. (E) During the warranty period set out in Clause 11(C) above , no attempt must be made by the Buyer or any third party to remedy any defect or to dismantle or otherwise tamper in any way with the Products except in accordance with specific instructions, directions and/or requests of the Seller. (F) Refurbished products are covered by a standard 90 day warranty unless stated otherwise. Any extended warranty offered by the seller must be confirmed in writing. Manufacturer’s warranty if applicable replaces the warranty offered by the seller.
