Proclere Impression Perm is a high quality permanent wave that will give you long-lasting results. It can be used for

for both pre and post damping methods and gives results that are true to the

 size of perm rod you've used, whatever the degree of wave or curl you're after.

Proclere Impression comes in a twin pack of perming lotion and neutraliser with 1-litre bottles of each giving you

 enough 

for  between 10 and 15 applications, making it cost effective too.

It's available in 2 strengths: Normal or Tinted.

We ship the majority of products WORLDWIDE with these exceptions, aerosols, fragrances and nail varnishes,these can only be shipped to United Kingdom.

Please ensure that your address is complete and up-to-date before ordering to avoid delays or problems.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48

Royal Mail 48 3-5 working days after dispatch (Mainland UK), 4-5 working days after dispatch (Highlands & Islands)

Royal Mail 24 1-2 working days after dispatch (Mainland UK), 2-3 working days after dispatch (Highland & Islands)

Special Delivery - 1 working day after dispatch

International:

Royal Mail tracked or signed (depending on destination)

Delivery Times:

5 -12 working days after dispatch (Europe), 10-20 working days after dispatch (Rest of the World)

Missing and Undelivered Parcels

If you order does not arrive within the estimated period, please call your local post office, they may have your parcel.

In the rare occasions your parcel goes missing, please allow an extra 5 working days (UK) and 10 working days (International) before reporting the problem. If no tracking information is available, we will give you the option to refund or replace the item.

During the busy holiday season (15 December - 27 December), please allow 1 extra day for delivery.

If your order has not arrived, please contact us before leaving negative feedback and we will do everything to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Do I need to pay VAT or import duty?

If you order from EU, there will be no VAT or tax to pay, everything is pre-paid by us.

Please note that we have no control regarding VAT and taxes for orders placed outside EU. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office before making a purchase.

Returns are accepted if returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging and condition it was sent.

You must pay for the returns postage costs and obtain proof of postage.

If for any reason a mistake has been made by Angel Hair & Beauty Supplies please allow for the opportunity to put this right before leaving any feedback. Contact can be made via the eBay messaging service.
