Ramair Jetstream Induction Kit (JSK) for the VW Golf MK5 & MK6 GTD 2.0 TDI and other 2.0 TDI fitments.

This induction kit is designed for VW Golf, Audi A3, VW Scirocco and other vehicles sharing the VW Golf MK5 & MK6 platforms that use the 1.9 & 2.0 TDI turbo diesel engines. This kit allows for increased airflow and induction noise over the factory air intake equipment.

This kit mounts to standard factory air box mounting points and has provision for the vacuum line found on most 1.9 TDI & 2.0 TDI air boxes.

The kit comprises of…

•Ramair Cone Air Filter

 A molded polymer neck cone air filter, utilizing our dual layer foam and stainless steel cage construction

•Silicone Intake Pipe

 4-ply high-quality silicone intake pipe which maintains a smooth 80mm diameter inlet from filter to the MAF housing.

•Heat Shield with OEM mounting points

 Laser cut, precision folded heat shield powder-coated in black, is designed to fit directly to the standard OEM factory air box mounting points without the need for modification. The heat shield helps maintain low intake temperatures by providing a physical barrier between the air filter and the rest of the engine bay and directing the air from the factory cold feed around the filter cone.

•Full Fitting Kit

 Includes all nuts, bolts, hose clamps, rubbers, vacuum hose and high quality silicone hose necessary to fit the kit to a standard car.

Returns

We abide by the current distance selling regulations. Unused and items still brand new, in original packaging, can be returned for any reason up to 14 days after delivery. We do not cover the return postage costs. Returns sent back between 14 and 30 days may incur a re-stocking fee and will also be refunded less the original P&P costs that WE incur when sending you the item. Returned items "must" be returned unfitted and in a new condition. They must be able to be sold as a new item when returned. If you have an item that is faulty, this will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty (manufacturers terms and conditions apply) Special order items and/or made to order items are not always returnable. If it is an item suitable for being returned you may incur a restocking fee.
