Alto: 6,5 cm. Peso : 212 gr. Descripción: - Pequeño incensario tipo bañera de bronce. Tibetano. - Se compone de dos partes, la base y la tapadera. - La base tiene cuatro patas, y en cada una de ellas hay una cara tallada. Extremo este muy curioso. - La tapadera tiene cuatro ‘pestañas’ para encajarla con la base. En la parte superior se observa un bonito escudo decorativo, estilo tibetano, con varios agujeros. - Toda la pieza está realizada de una forma muy artesanal, y los agujeros están realizados para que el humo del incienso salga y ambiente la zona. - Pensamos que su procedencia es del Tíbet, dado su estilo. Es probable que sea anterior al S.XIX. - Tiene un tamaño mediano, perfecto para su función. - No se ha localizado ningún distintivo, marca o contraste, que pueda facilitar datos del sitio en que se fabricó, datos del fabricante, así como otros datos. Conservación y desperfectos : - Está completo y en buen estado. - Se ha realizado una limpieza en el escudo de la tapadera, y en la patas de la base, como se puede observar en las fotografías realizadas del antes y el después de la limpieza. - Mantiene una espectacular pátina de época. - Tiene pequeños golpes, roces y rayados. - El Objeto presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo. Comentarios: - Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados. - Muy interesante como pieza de colección y como elemento decorativo. - Los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son iguales a los tonos de los colores reales. - El Objeto en venta es el que se corresponde con las fotos. Tibetan. - It consists of two parts, the base and the lid. - The base has four legs, and on each leg there is a carved face. This is a very curious feature. - The lid has four 'tabs' to fit it to the base. On the upper part there is a beautiful decorative shield, in the Tibetan style, with several holes. - The whole piece is made in a very handcrafted manner, and the holes are made to allow the smoke from the incense to escape and to ambientate the area. - We think that its provenance is Tibetan, given its style. It probably dates from before the 19th century. - It is of medium size, perfect for its function. - No distinctive mark or contrast has been found that could provide information about the place where it was made, the maker's details, or any other information. Preservation and damage: - It is complete and in good condition. - The shield on the lid and the legs of the base have been cleaned, as can be seen in the photographs taken before and after cleaning. - It retains a spectacular period patina. - It has minor knocks, scuffs and scratches. - The object shows wear typical of it's age.
