Many, many uses bound only by your imagination.

It is believed that the Silver Birch was the first tree to grow after the last Ice Age and is nicknamed 'The Lady of the Woods'.

Coppiced from my own small woodland which is managed under forestry commission guidelines, the logs are hand selected for their unique and highly decorative bark.

They are carried out (not dragged) to eliminate damage. They are then thoroughly washed and sawn to approx 1 inch  in thickness, diameters range from

5 - 6 inches.

Smaller and larger logs are also available in our other listings, please get in touch for special orders, we like to help.

These are freshly sawn log slices, they are clean but may require some further finishing, dependent upon the end use.
