STARTING A RETURN:

HOW TO REMOVE ICLOUD:

Go to iCloud.com and log in.

Go to Find my iPhone.

Select in top middle "All Devices.”

Select the device that was returned to us.

Select where it says, "All Devices" and there should be a small "x" on the right side of the item that was returned to us.

When you hover over the "x" it should say remove and click it and you should get a message warning that says, "If you remove the item another person can put their apple account on it".

HOW DO I REMOVE ANY OLD ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH APPLE AIRPODS:

1-Connect your Airpods to your iPhone or iPad, once it is connected change the name to your name.

2-Press and hold the setup button on the back of the Airpods Charging Case for 15 seconds until the light at the front starts to flash amber then white.

3-Let go off the setup button when the light flashes white.

4-Your Airpods are now in their factory state, all ready to be paired up again.

Pair Airpods with iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

On your device, go to Settings > Bluetooth, then turn on Bluetooth.

Open the case with your AirPods inside, then hold it next to your device.

Follow the onscreen instructions, then tap Done.
