RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY We understand that shopping online can be difficult. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the item being received and we always appreciate, when our buyers contact us before they start a return, as the process is pleasant and much faster.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments will be made using UPS, FEDEX, USPS. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all import fees, duties, taxes etc. We ship within 8-48 hours and all of our shipped items are insured and tracking is immediately provided to buyer.

Only specified States now fall under the new eBay Tax Policy, Taxes collected by eBay and are NOT received by the seller, eBay charges the tax and eBay sends collected taxes directly to your State from which your delivery address. RETURN REFUND POLICY ISSUED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS 1. Merchandise must in re-saleable condition, as it was when sold, returned in its original container or box, including all packing material, and any accessories. Boxes must not have any visible writing or stickers other then return shipping label. 2. Merchandise must not have been worn, damaged, installed or altered in any way. Each item will be inspected upon return. 3. Merchandise will be returned at our expense under most circumstances. 4. No returns on custom ordered products. 5. A sale is considered FINAL after 30 days of customer receipt and will not be eligible for return.
DAMAGED ITEMS RETURN POLICY In spite of our best efforts, occasionally products will sustain damage in transit. We'll issue full refund as soon as possible, as a claim may need to be filed, this is free of charge and worry free, to our buyers, as we will file claim and take care of the details getting the funds back to buyer. In an unfortunate event as this, please provide as much detail as possible about the damaged item so that we can rectify your issue in a timely fashion.
