SHIMMER POWDERS Using the flat part of the Eyeshadow Brush, apply Bronze Shimmer Powder all of the lid. Then, apply Diligence Shimmer Powder to the crease and outer corner, drawing a V shape with the tip of the brush. Once both have been applied, use a blending brush to smooth out the edges for a seamless look. GEL EYE LINER Holding the skin of your upper lid taut, trace the upper lash line, making the tail end a bit thicker than the inside, and extend it just beyond the lash line. For a more dramatic look, try lining the outside half of your bottom lash line as well. VOLUMIZING MASCARA Apply the mascara to the upper lashes first. Take the brush and hold it underneath the top lashes close to the roots and sweep brush upwards from roots to tips. Apply a few coats to build your lashes to the desired volume. For bottom lashes, use the tip of the brush to apply a thin coat of mascara in delicate strokes.
