A firm, fibre Moses Basket mattress designed to create a comfortable and cosy sleeping surface for your baby. The Mattress is made from high-density polyester fibre for superb support and comfort as well as heat dissipating properties to ensure your baby remains comfortable throughout the night and help regulate their temperature.  A sustainable choice as at least 2/3 of the polyester fibre used to make the mattress is from a recycled source. We also offer a small amount of used items obtained through quality checked business demo and customer returns which means, new or used, we make savings on products so you can too. All of our items are quality checked before listing and again when they are being packed for delivery. This process means that the products you receive are of the highest quality, new or used and inclusive of all parts unless otherwise stated and most importantly, as described. We are a whole sale clearance company and very often we are able to obtain brand new items at hugely discounted prices due to packaging conditions. As a result, we are able to offer you, our customer, great savings however it does mean that not all packaging is in perfect condition and where packaging is not complete enough to send your item safely, we will use plain packing without notification. Some packaging may be missing altogether, however, all our items, unless otherwise stated, are brand new and we will NOT accept returns based on packaging condition as this is a costly and time consuming process. If you are purchasing an item for a gift then please contact us to enquire about the condition of packaging to ensure that it is suitable for a gift. PAYMENT Payment is preferred via PayPal to offer our customers the security and reliability we want to offer. We do also accept other forms of payment including payment on collection, but please use the 'contact us' tab for details of how to contact us to make arrangements if you wish to use an alternate payment process. SHIPPING Our main courier suppliers, are myhermes and Parcelforce and these options, where applicable, will always be the default services offered. We can offer alternate services if you would prefer and are more than happy to take requests to upgrade a service. Simply contact us before purchasing your item so that we can quote and charge accordingly where applicable. **DAMAGE IN TRANSIT** If you wish to return due to damage in transit, you will have 12 DAYS from date of delivery to notify us of the claimed damage. The couriers we use, allow us 14 days to claim for this kind of issue and by notifying us within 12 days, this will allow us 2 days to claim through the courier. Any damage in transit claims made after 12 days from date of delivery will automatically be declined. Any damage claims will need to be supported in full by you, the end customer and backed up with clear images of any damage that may have been caused by the courier. RETURNS We are happy to accept returns and exchanges as we understand that buying products online can be difficult. We will refund or exchange providing the following is met: • The product is not as described. • You return the item within 14 days of delivery date with the original invoice included in your parcel. All references to process your return or exchange are on your invoice and should this be missing, this may result in your item being unrecognised, therefore you will not receive a refund or exchange or it may be greatly delayed. • The item is returned complete and with original packaging. Please take care when unpacking items and trying on where relevant. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on items which are not sent back in the same condition as you received. For example, clear signs of use, scuffs, make up marks etc. Items must not be purchased with the intent to "borrow or "loan", to then be returned. If a return is agreed, then please place in original packaging and send back with your original invoice included in the parcel. All tags must still be on the items where relevant in order to issue a refund. We accept that items will be 'tried' but we will not accept a refund on an item which has been used or shows signs of use. If return items are sent back in a different condition to which they were sent, without tags and or original packaging, a refund will not be issued and we may send your item back. In the unlikely event of a return, please keep your postage receipt safe just in case you need to track your parcel. Please allow approx. 7 days for your refund to be processed although we will always work to process it immediately. The item must be sent back in the same condition as received. PLEASE NOTE Any items that are requested for return due to a reason outside of our fault will be refunded in full apart from original postage which will be deducted to cover the cost of the initial postage. Any item returned due to an issue associated with an error on our part will be refunded in full. In the event an item is returned, we ask that all postage fees are met by the expense of the buyer. We will only refund on the value of the item. If you would like to exchange an item, the same principle applies for postage fees, however, delivery of your new item is free! Refunds will not be issued if items are returned to us not in original condition. If the original packaging and or tags are missing, a refund will also not be issued and we may return your item to you.
