Any orders not paid for within 4 days of the auction ending will be cancelled and the item relisted, unless agreed in advance.

Returns

I always try to be as honest as I can when describing the items I have for sale, but differences of opinion do occur from time to time. Whilst I don't routinely accept returns, if your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please get in touch. You must be prepared to return the item in the condition you received it, in order to receive a refund. Please don't expect a refund without return, unless the item has been severely damaged in transit. Damage claims should be supported by photographs.

Shipping

I use Royal Mail for small items and couriers for everything else. I try not to impose a surcharge for delivery to remote locations such as Highlands and Islands, including Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, The Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly, however this may be unavoidable for larger items. Please contact in advance of placing your bid to check if a surcharge will apply. Click & Collect is available on listings where the start price is £5 or more, in line with eBay's terms for this service.  Please get in touch if you are interested in using this service on an item that has been listed at a lower price.

Packaging
Most packaging material is sourced from local businesses and reused, to minimise environmental impact. Wherever possible, packaging is limited to recycled and recyclable material such as cardboard and newspaper.
