This is a VERY Rare Leotax-TV2 Japanese Rangefinder and was made in 1958.
The serial number on this camera is 310680, and it was made in 1958.
It comes with a Topcor-S lens which is clean, clear and fungus free.
On the edge of the inner element there looks to be a little patch of haze (under the first half of the serial number) and I have tried to take a picture of it but couldn’t get it.
It will not affect pictures much, if at all.
The lens number is 214450.
Aperture and focusing rings are smooth.
The camera is in EXCELLENT condition.
It has been serviced and tested and it is working fine.
It works on all speeds correctly, including slow speed dial.
The rangefinder is accurate, clear and calibrated.
The shutters are light tight, smooth and quiet.
The self timer works well.
It comes with all original Leotax leather case, take up spool and lens cap.
Also a nice UV filter.
This is a very nice camera for its age.
A great addition for a collection or to use.
