Delivery Timescales

Postageis for UK mainland only, Scottish Highlands, islands are at extra cost. 

Please note: These are all day deliveries  and we are not able to specify adelivery window of when your item will be delivered. 

Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and SouthernIreland  willincur an additional delivery charge, and this may not be a next day service.Please contact us before purchasing for the cost and information on theadditional shipping to non UK Mainland Postcode destinations. We reserve theright to cancel any orders placed that require shipping to these areas, wherethe customer will not pay the additional costs.

Wherepossible please check your item on delivery. If the item is damaged in any waythe item must be signed for as DAMAGED or the item delivery can be refused provided goods are returned in original packaging and in are-saleable and unused condition. Once received and checked, provided thiscriteria is met we will issue a FULL.

 Items must be checked within 24 hours andany issues reported within that period.  

Returns

  You have ​7 calendar days to return an itemfrom the date you received it.

  To be eligible for a return, your item must beunused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in theoriginal packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Oncewe receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have receivedyour returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refundafter inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate arefund to you (original method of payment). You will receive the credit withina certain amount of days, depending on your account policies.

Youwill be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning youritem. Shipping costs sending to you are non-​refundable and additional 10% willbe charged for restocking. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shippingwill be deducted from your refund.
