How do I pay?

Payment is with paypal which is extremely secure and reliable. If you do not have a paypal account, then you can check out as a guest and use your debit/credit card.

When will I be charged?

Payment will immediately be charged to your PayPal account. Will I receive confirmation of my order? Yes, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, which will provide full details of your order. You will also receive a confirmation that we have received your payment from PayPal.

Can I have a discount for large orders?

For larger orders of 4+, then please free feel to message us, and we will respond within 24 hours, notifying you of any latest discounts that we can offer. Our items are already extremely cheap, so we cannot always guarantee a discount, but will try our best.

Delivery

How much is delivery?

The price of delivery for each of our items varies. We always guarantee that our total price including postage is extremely competitive.

When will my order be delivered?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and then delivery is usually within 2 days. We'll send you an email to let you know that your item has left our warehouse.

How will my item be delivered?

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and delivered between Monday-Saturday. Larger orders will be send via either UKMAIL or DPD. All of our items are packaged in the best quality secure packaging, to avoid any damage during transit.

What if I’m not in when you deliver?

Most of our items are small enough to fit through a letterbox, so there should be no problem. For any items that are larger, then they will be either delivered to a neighbour or an ‘attempted delivery’ card will be popped through your letter box. This card will allow for either a re-delivery to be made, or you will also have the option of collecting your parcel from your local post office at a time that is convenient.

Can I get a discount on delivery?

Postage is based on the weight and value of the contents, which is why for orders of 4 or less, we cannot offer a discount. For any orders over 4, then please send us a message, and one of our friendly customer service team will let you know if we can offer a discount in any way. Our items are already super cheap for the quality.

One of my items is missing from my order or there is a mistake?

We don't always send your order together in 1 parcel. Despite being dispatched at exactly the same time, sometimes one parcel can arrive quicker than the other. Please allow 1 extra day for the additional parcel to arrive. If after 1 day, there are still missing pieces, then please send us a message and one of our friendly customer services team will get everything resolved for you.

Unfortunately mistakes with order can sometimes happen, as we are all human. Please send us a message if there is something wrong with your order, and one of our friendly customer services team will help in every way possible.

One of my items is faulty

We want all of our customers to receive quality goods and be happy with the items they purchased.

If for any reason you are not happy, then please send us a message and one of our friendly customer services staff will get back to you within 24 hours, to help in every way possible.

Returns

Whats your return policy?

We understand that our items may not be suitable for everyone and that sometimes you need time to make your mind up, so we offer a 14 day return policy.

For any item that needs returning based on change of mind or sizing, then the return postage cost will be covered by the buyer. We will issue a full refund for the item cost and original postage.

If your item is damaged in any way, then message us and one of our super friendly customer services team will respond within 24 hours to get everything resolved for you. We often replace the item for free.

We will not issue refund for the return of certain items, including :

• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after the date of delivery

• Any purchase that has obvious signs of use

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts

This does not affect your statuary rights as a consumer

How do I make a return

Please send us a message prior to returning your order, and we will provide all details needed, whilst also resolving any issues or questions that you may have.

If you need to return your item for any reason, please email us via seller support for details, or simply locate our returns address via our business seller information below (at the bottom of this listing).

With all returned parcels, please include a small note with your eBay user I.D and reason for return, so that we can link the parcel with yourself. Returned parcels with no details of the buyer, will cause delays.

Please allow for 2 working days after the returned parcel has arrived, for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Can I change an item?

Yes, of course. Again, please contact us and one of our friendly customer services team will advise you and assist in every way possible.

The cost of postage for the exchanged item will need to be covered by the buyer.
