This is a anti-allergy poly cotton cot-bed duvet and pillow set. The duvet is filled with anti-allergy hollowfibre and has a channel stitch finish which helps spread fibre evenly giving maximum warmth and comfort. The pillows are filled with super soft anti-allergy hollowfibre, which allows the loft and cushions to remain for a lot longer. Each strand of hollowfibre is perforated allowing moisture to flow away from the head and also allow an easier airflow as you sleep.

All goods are despatched from our UK based warehouse. Most items are delivered with 1-3 working days (please see delivery page for full details). If you have any problems with your order you must contact us immediately, and we shall look in to your concerns. Free delivery is only for UK based addresses. Any postcodes to the Scottish highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, isle of Mann, Channel Islands will incur a surcharge. Royal Mail: Please first of all contact your local post office as we have found over the time that in many cases the Royal Mail postmen fail to leave a notice for parcels. All you need to ask them is if they have any parcels for your address waiting for you to collect. If they cannot help you with this please contact us.

Other Couriers: Please contact us and we will provide you the tracking information and if needed we will chase the courier for you.

International Customers:

Royal Mail / Post Office: Normal delivery time for international deliveries is 9-14 business days (Mon-Fri) excluding UK public and Bank holidays) after receiving the dispatch email is sent. In case of any delay it may take up to 25 business days to deliver. Otherwise please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking information, if you have paid for the Royal Mail International Signed-for Delivery Service.

RETURN POLICY

ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED, AND FREE OF ANY WEAR OR TEAR AND UNUSED IN A GOOD SALEABLE CONDITION. We pride ourselves with good British customer support, that's why we made our returns policy quite simple.If there is a problem with your purchase or you would like to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours, we will then solve the issue amicably. We will respond and solve the issue within 2 working days. If, for any reason you are not happy with the item you are entitled to return this for a refund minus postage charges, this must be done within 14 days.

Faulty Items

The goods we sell are Sold Brand new we state otherwise on the individual listing. If you find any to be faulty or damaged when received you should , please contact us via the eBay communications so that we can arrange the collection and replacement of the faulty item as quickly as possible.

If we have Wrongly Delivered an Item

In the event that we have delivered a wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will arrange pre-paid label to be sent to you and parcel can be post from any post office branch.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept PayPal payments and Credit/Debit Card payments via the Paypal site which allows buyers to use a card to pay without setting up an account.

We accept personal & business cheques, however these cheques must be sent to us and the cheque must clear prior to us shipping the item.

We accept payment by eCheque through PayPal, however, please understand this can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours.
