Wheelchair Powerpack (wheelchair not included) Turn your manual wheelchair into a carer controlled electric assisted wheelchair with the wheelchair powerpack, complete with variable speed and reverse. Also easily removable when not needed. Please note: This powerpack is quite heavy, but it has to be to achieve greater traction with the ground. When fully fitted your wheelchair will not fold up but by using the quick release mechanism the powerpack can be removed and the wheelchair folded in seconds. Fits most wheelchairs with horizontal tubing going along the bottom at each side of the wheelchair.

Shipping

We can only deliver to the address on the order. If you would like delivery to a different address please add it to your ebay/paypal account before ordering. You can then select it during checkout. We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days of the order being placed and payment clearing. In most cases it is much quicker than this. We will mark the item as despatched in ebay which should send you a confirmation in your ebay messages. If you require express delivery you can pick that option during checkout for a small extra charge, if the item does not have the express option please get in touch and we will try to help.

Exchange and Returns Policy

In accordance with UK Law, The Fenetic Trading Company Ltd gives customers a 14 day time period in which orders can be returned after the delivery date. Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to return/exchange the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery including any costs. We do recommend that you pay for a signed delivery for your protection. If you would like to return or exchange your products please open a return request via ebay. Any returned product(s) must be unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging. Alternatively we can arrange collection for unwanted items This service will need paying for prior to collection. The cost of this from a Mainland UK address is £25. Northern Ireland and UK Islands will incur additional charges.

The product must be packed back up securely in its box as it was delivered including any polystyrene, bags or bubble wrap etc. Please make sure all loose items such as footrests, bags, and fittings are included and packed sufficiently to protect them against damage in transit. The Fenetic Trading Company Ltd reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition. This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to The Fenetic Trading Company Ltd.

Warranty

All the products we sell on ebay which are advertised as "NEW" condition come with a 12 months warranty. We will either supply parts or replace any product which is found to have a manufacturing defect. This does not include general wear and tear or misuse.
