• Send us the vehicle registration when ordering - This will allow us make sure you are ordering the correct axle
• Is your vehicle modified? - Tell us if your vehicle doesn't have a standard setup (i.e added wheelchair access etc) to ensure you are sent the correct axle
• These refurbished axles are sold on an exchange basis - Once the replacement axle has been fitted, we need to collect the old axle. You can use the same pallet and we can arrange a collection free of charge

Our Refurbishment Process: Each refurbished axle that IM Axle Specialists supply goes through the following processes:

• Axle dismantled into component parts
• Old bearings removed and discarded
• Component parts shotblasted to remove all corrosion, dirt and old paint
• Trailing arms and centre tube are inspected for irregularities in dimensions
• Original axle shafts replaced with precision-engineered hardened axle shafts
• Bearing surface in the trailing arm is cleaned and resurfaced if necessary
• SKF bearings and seals fitted into trailing arms
• New axle bushes fitted
• Component parts repainted in factory colours using a tough and durable 2 pack epoxy paint
• Axle is reassembled to OE factory specification and ride height*

*Custom lowered or increased ride heights can be arranged at no extra cost. Please specify when ordering. All axles are refurbished in our very own factories in Europe by engineers using quality components and industrial equipment to ensure each axle is dimensionally accurate and delivered ready to fit (wheel hubs and brakes are not included). Our warranty terms for axles are straight forward and as follows:

• An axle failure must be diagnosed by a recognised garage, dealership or us to determine if the part was faulty or if the failure was caused by another factor
• We do not replace axles under Warranty that are damaged in collisions
• Use of the vehicle in any form of motorsport voids the Warranty

Delivery Returns Warranty About Us Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands are taking 3+ working days, and typically around 3-5 working days, but it can take longer for some addresses in these locations.   Channel Island deliveries are currently taking 5+ working days.   We ship all orders in a timely manner as detailed below, but we are unfortunately unable to confirm the delivery date for orders sent to the locations detailed above.   We attempt to dispatch all orders placed by 2pm on the same day and delivery is typically made within 1-2 working days for addresses in Mainland UK. Delivery to non-Mainland UK locations takes 3-5 working days.   We can provide a tracking number for all deliveries and we will use the courier company according to the size of the delivery. Collection is an option but you must notify us before travelling. Delivery Returns Warranty About Us We accept returns that are received in our warehouse within 30 days from the delivery date. All returned items must be in an unused and unfitted condition, and the item packaging should not be damaged.   Any returns received after 30 days since delivery will only be accepted at the Managers discretion and the reason for late return must be provided in writing to us BEFORE the item is returned. Delivery Returns Warranty About Us In the unlikely event our product needs to be replaced within the 2 Year Warranty period, we will endeavour to dispatch the replacement product to you at the earliest and free of charge (delays possible due to bank holidays and stock availability).   We require the old part to be made available for inspection in all circumstances which helps us make improvements where needed and continue providing the best product and service possible.
