We offer Express International Courier Service FEDEX, DHL, EMS (2 to 5 Business day)

Because we use Priority service, they will need correct receiver signature, otherwise, courier company will reject it.

If you feel that there is no problem and are willing to sign, then we'll urge the delivery immediately after receive you approval.

If you cannot accept it, we also accept your cancel and call back shipment.

For electric devices,   Customer is responsible for his own network services as of today or if any changes are to be made in the future. Please make sure! to check your network compatibility and your network requirements, network bands, 4G LTE, VoLTE, or any other requirements of the network you are using.

We are not responsible in any way if the device is not compatible with your chosen network.

Return  Policy

We  Only Accept  Domestic Return

Refunds / Exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the package and 20% Restocking Fee will be applied.

A refund will not be accepted if item returned has missing parts or have any kind of damaged. All returns must be in their original non-damaged condition, to include all original  manufacturer ’ s  packaging, documentation, manuals and accessories, or else they will not be accepted.

Unless specified in the listing, our phones are international models and come with a warranty only in the country of origin not international warranty .

IMPORT TAX

There'll probably be an additional customs fees for shipping goods to your country, and all fees have to be paid by buyer. W hether it charges or not, how much it charges depend on regulations of buyer's local government, which is not in the range of our control, so we can't be sure.

Under legitimate circumstances, we always try our best to help our customer to minimize your VAT exposure upon your request.

 If your parcel is held in your local custom, you will have to contact your local custom and post office.

 If you need the document to clear the custom,  Please contact me that I will provide any documents after checking with my courier.

 If the parcel returned due to refusal to pay import tax or or unsuccessful delivery (e.g. insufficient address information, no such receiver, etc),  we will charge for all Shipping cost and 10 % of total price.

 

 

Nevertheless, please be reminded that all mentioned TAX / VAT related charges are buyer's responsibility and we will never be paying any for these.
