All silver items we sell have not less than 92.5 % of fine silver (nickel-free). Most of these items (gold plated as well) have 925 hallmark. However, 925 hallmarking is optional for semi-finished products and for some of them it is simply physically impossible because of their size or shape.

• For standard shipping, depending on the delivery country, we use Deutsche Post Priority or Lithuania Post PRIORITY Airmail service. Higher value parcels will be sent with tracking number and (or) signature requirement. Final delivery depends on delivery country's primary postal operator, e.g.:

• Standard delivery : according to quality standards of postal services, parcels in EU should be delivered within 3-5 business days. Parcels to USA, Canada, Australia and other countries are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. However, delivery within these time-frames is not guaranteed .

• Expedited International Shipping : inside EU usually takes 1 business day, to USA 1-2 business days, other countries 1-3 business days (unless hold in customs).
