BeeGeeTees is a small family business. Our manufacturing facility is nicked-named ?The Imagination Creation Station? and we specialize in designing and making gift items for every occasion.

BeeGeeTees began in March of 2012 as a spin-off from our original business, a college textbook store.  The bookstore began in 2007 because of our experience taking our son to college and discovering the lovely cost of college textbooks.  We decided to open a t-shirt store next to our bookstore because every college student loves t-shirts!      

We became pretty good at designing and printing t-shirts.  Then one day, we started printing on pillow cases, aprons, towels, hats, hoodies, koozies, coasters, mouse pads and just about anything a customer requested.  We decided that making unique gifts might be an avenue worth pursuing.  It fit nicely into our retail backgrounds.

So off we went, focusing on creating and making things for folks with a sense of humor and love in their heart.  It quickly became apparent that we were connecting with people on many different levels.  One of our first designs included our mitten paw cat ?Nitro? upside down on the kitchen table.  Another design was a Harry Potter reference and the next, a funny saying from a movie.     

BeeGeeTees actually started in Bowling Green, OH (as if you couldn?t guess by the name).  No, we didn?t name the company after the famous singing group.  We recently moved to a larger facility very close to our home.  Being close to home has its pros and cons. On the pro side, our morning work commute is really short, and the dress code is always casual.  On the con side ?there are no cons!

Once we set up shop for BeeGeeTees we gradually expanded our product line. You can now find us on various other marketplaces ?on the line?.  We love making friends and gathering fans and followers. So, should you feel inclined as to click on one of those social media buttons, we'd love to welcome you aboard.  Even if you don't find something right now, we hope we can at least give you a chuckle or a smile.  If you lol, that?s ok too!

So you bought something from BeeGeeTees, and now you would like it delivered. Geeesh! Some people expect the world on a platter! :o)

We ship via USPS mail, and most deliveries take between 2-5 days* to arrive depending on your location. We are located in Ohio, which helps keep the shipping times and costs down. We usually ship the day of or the day after we receive the order. 

Presently, we only ship in the US and Canada, but we're working on that. In the meantime, if you'll email us, we'll find a way to get your desired item to you at a reasonable cost.

BeeGeeTees offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs. We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items in your order. The shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages can be tracked via our carriers' websites.

To find out how much it will cost to ship your order, proceed to checkout with the item(s) in your cart. The shipping cost for the order will be displayed on the checkout page. Toggle between the available shipping options to see the shipping cost associated with each method.

*Please note the estimates above do not include production times.  This is the time it takes to produce your one-of-a-kind BeeGeeTees item. ?Business days? are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.

You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the production time for your order and adding in the transit time based on the shipping method you have chosen. The items in your order are made just for you! The production time for most orders is 0-1 business days.

At BeeGeeTees, we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time. However, estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Large orders (100+ items), issues to designs, or delivery to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may all delay the delivery of your order.

All products come with the warranty that is supplied directly by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. We are not responsible for shipping costs other than due to our own mistake. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacturer may not be returned and may not receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by us; however we can only enforce the manufacturer?s decisions.

GOVERNING LAW AND STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS

This site is controlled by us from our offices within the State of Ohio, United States. As each location has laws that may differ from those of Ohio, by accessing this site, both of us agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of products and services available through this site. Each of us agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the United States District Court of Ohio with respect to such matters. OVERVIEW 

At BeeGeeTees we make returns as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in the industry. We understand that sometimes, customers change their minds about products that they order or simply do not need them anymore. We also know that customers are cautious about Return Policies since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as simple as 1-2-3.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery of your order. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 30 days.

The following rules apply:

•  Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
• Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
• Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
• All returns must be made via our Return Procedure by filling out an RMA form in the MY ACCOUNT section.
• There are few non-returnable products & services that may be offered on our website. It will indicate clearly in the product description if a different return policy applies.
• Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases.
• If the return of an item was caused by an error on our or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return a product, you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) that is located in the MY ACCOUNT section next to each order item that you want to return. The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing your claim.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

There are 2 ways you can go about exchanging a product:

• Option 1 (Slower) - Use the standard return procedure to request an RMA for the part you need exchanged. In your request please specify the exact item(s) you would like to exchange to. Upon receipt of your returned product we will process an exchange and ship the new part. If there is a difference in the price, you will be either refunded or charged the difference.
• Option 2 (Faster) - Order the new part online or over the phone so it can be shipped to you right away. Then request an RMA using a standard Return Procedure for the part you would like to return. Upon return of the part a refund will be issued promptly.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) will arrive defective, damaged, or simply incorrect, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to use or install the part! We will send you a replacement part and provide you with a prepaid return label to return the defective part. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days. If the damage was caused by a shipping courier, we will schedule a damage pick up by the courier.

When a replacement part is requested to be shipped prior to the return of original merchandise, we must temporarily authorize your credit card until the original merchandise is returned.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

When you request a cancellation of an order or a part it may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation claim. This process may involve voiding orders in computer systems, removing items from backorder logs, having operations personnel pull items from production schedules and sometimes stopping orders at the shipping dock. Also note that sometimes products ship more quickly than expected, so we recommend that you do not purchase alternative products until receiving final confirmation of your cancellation.

REFUNDS & CREDITS

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal, Google, eBillMe, or Check). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account.
