The ‘Caradog’ (named after my great friend and photographer: Caradog (Ray) Williams 1931-2011) is a supple yet strong wrist strap, designed for the discerning photographer.
I am a photographer based in the UK and I make my straps by hand from the finest quality, full grain leather. For strength and finish I use veg' tanned, bovine shoulder leathers, each hand selected from the one of the UK's best tanneries. The metal grommets are machined in stainless steel for a great look and feel, and to provide a secure hold on the leather, plus, a handmade pewter slider is used to adjust the size of the wrist loop for added security when shooting.
The leather is 11mm wide and will fit nearly all digital or classic cameras with an eyelet or slot style strap attachment. The leather end will unhook from the grommets so it can be threaded through the existing strap attachments on the camera, or you can use the split ring and protection pad that is supplied with the strap.
There is also a 'LOOP FITTING' version, which is supplied with a strong, waterproof Nylon loop that will fit the smallest of camera attachments. The 'LOOP FITTING' version is supplied on request - just drop me a message after checkout asking for this version.
