POSTAGE:

We post using Royal Mail services  

All items within U.K. are mailed out as 2nd Class post (Signed for) .

We have however given you the option to upgrade to a faster service at checkout. If you require your items for a set date, please use this service.

All International packages will be posted out as Standard packages unless otherwise stated.  

Proof of Posting will be obtained at all times.

CUSTOMS:

We as the seller are NOT  responsible for custom charges.

Buyers must pay any custom charges incurred. 

We will complete all the necessary Declaration forms for packages. 

Any Custom charges incurred in country of purchase are solely the Buyer’s responsibility .

DISPATCH TIMES:

All items purchased before 2:00 PM  (1400 Hrs) are dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday only ).  

Items purchased after 2:00 PM  will be dispatched the next day (Monday to Thursday only )

Items purchased on Friday (after 2:00 PM), Saturday & Sunday  will be dispatched on the following Monday.   

Please bear in mind that these dispatch days may be affected by Bank Holidays .

RETURNS:

If you change your mind after you receive your item, we are happy to accept a Return.

Our Returns policy  is very clear:

Contact us first before taking any action.

Items must be returned in their original packaging .

Items must be UNUSED  and UNDAMAGED .

Return postage costs are the Buyers responsibility  (we don't charge you postage when you purchase items so it's only fair for us a business not to incur any additional costs)

You MUST obtain Proof of Posting .

Refunds will only be processed when items are received back in our warehouse in an unused and undamaged state.

All our items are 100% Authentic & of the highest quality.

We personally check all the items before dispatch.
