Fine Magnetic Pole Gap:    It allows for uniform magnetic force distribution, and the effect is particularly good when processing thin and small workpieces obviously without scratching the workpiece.

Removable Handle:  It f eatures a lock-on (right)/lock-off (left) mechanism that allows the operator to switch between the two states manually, saving time and effort.

Helpful Base: It is connected to the chuck through a connecting shaft, allowing the chuck to tilt within a range of 0-60°, reducing usage restrictions and meeting different work needs.

Application

It can be used for processing various magnetic conduction workpieces. It is suitable for surface grinders, tool grinders, EDM, line cutting, tapping machines, bench drills, aerial platforms, electric sparks, wire cutting, and other applications.

How to Use

• Clean the flat surface of the suction cup, gently place it on the machine tool workbench, with the nameplate facing outward, and then fasten the base with bolts.
• Verify or grind the parallelism of the working surface of the suction cup on the machine tool platform.
• Use the trigonometric function to calculate the height of the required angle to be padded, and place the cushion block(not included) below the shaft to machine the workpiece. (calculation formula: required height=sin angle* center distance, center distance: 10cm/3.94in)
• Put the workpiece on the suction table, and then insert the handle into the shaft hole to turn clockwise 180°, the workpiece can be sucked for processing.
• The workpiece is completed, the handle can be inserted into the shaft hole to turn counterclockwise 180 °, and you can remove the workpiece
